Qicamo® Refund and Returns Policy

At qicamo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with our workwear jeans, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

• Return Eligibility
  Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  Products must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  Please provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).

• Return Process
  Contact Us: Email our support team at support@qicamo.com for a return authorization.
  Package and Ship: Securely pack the item and send it to the address provided. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to a defect or error.)

• Refunds
  After receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.

• Exchanges
  For exchanges, please follow the same return process and specify your new size or item. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.
• Defective or Incorrect Items
  If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund, with all shipping costs covered by us.
